Regulatory guides for New Zealand contractors and tradies, covering LBP registration, WorkSafe NZ requirements, Building Code compliance, and IRD obligations.

The Building Amendment Bill would make a home warranty compulsory on consented new homes and on renovations of $100,000 or more with restricted building work, and switch to proportionate liability. What it would change for builders, and where it stands before the election.
